Joseph Cornelius Blanchard
1936-2016
The death of Joseph Cornelius Blanchard of Saint John, NB, occurred on
Saturday, March 12, 2016 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in
Freetown, PE, he was a son of the late Earl and Cecile (LeClaire)
Blanchard. He is survived by one daughter: Imelda Murray (Kevin) of
the United States; two grandchildren: Sarah and Laura; several cousins
on PEI. Besides his parents he was predeceased by one brother: Francis
Blanchard.
By request there will be no visitation or funeral service. A graveside service will be held on Friday, March 18, 2016 in St. Joseph’s Cemetery at 10:00 am. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Fitzpatrick’s Funeral Home, 100 Waterloo Street, Saint John, NB (634-1965).
