Paul J. Blanchard

Blanchard Paul J. – After a very lengthy illness, it is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Paul Joseph Blanchard of Saint John, NB, beloved husband of 42 years to Linda (Sheehan) Blanchard, on Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at his residence. Born in Rogersville, NB, he was a son of the late Jaddus and Roseanna (Goguen) Blanchard. Paul worked as a labourer in construction with many companies. He enjoyed fishing with his son and spending time with his family, especially his 3 grandchildren. Besides his wife he is survived by his daughter Tammy (Deborah) Stewart and son Paul Blanchard both of Saint John; his sister, Alice Blanchard of Moncton; three grandchildren, whom where the absolute love of his life, Layla, Launa and Quinton; several nieces and nephews.

Resting at Fitzpatrick’s Funeral Home, 100 Waterloo Street, Saint John, NB, (634-1965) with visiting on Saturday, June 25, 2016 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. Following cremation a funeral service will be held on Monday, June 27, 2016 from Fitzpatrick’s Funeral Home Chapel at 11:00 AM. Interment will take place at a later date.
