Theresa Agnes McNeil

It is again with great sadness, that the family announces the passing of Theresa McNeil at Rocmaura Nursing Home on Thursday, December 22, 2016. Born in Saint John, she was a daughter of the late Stephen and Agnes (Stack) McNeil. She was predeceased by four brothers: Francis, Wallace, Joseph and William McNeil; three sisters: Elizabeth Gillis, Mary McNeil and Margaret Doucet; sister-in-law Valerie McNeil. She is survived by three brothers: Donald, Michael and David (Linda) all of Saint John. Theresa’s two greatest loves were her Catholic Religion and time spent with her nephews, nieces, grandnephews and grandnieces. Arrangements have been entrusted to Fitzpatrick’s Funeral Home, 100 Waterloo Street (634-1965). There will be no visitation at the funeral home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, 91 Waterloo Street on Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at 12:10 PM. Interment will follow at St. Joseph’s Cemetery. For those who wish, remembrances may be made the Cathedral Restoration Fund, SPCA Animal Rescue League or to a charity of donor’s choice.
