Dora M. Nadeau
NADEAU-the death of Dora M. Nadeau of 228 Queen St., widow of Camille
Nadeau, occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Wednesday,
November 26, 2008. Mrs. Nadeau was born in West Bathurst, a daughter
of the late Philias and Florida (Doucet) Doucet, and had resided the
greater part of her life in Saint John. She was a member of the
Catholic Women's League and the Forever Young Seniors' Club. She was
predeceased by two sons, Alfred and David Nadeau; and her daughter,
Annette Down. She is survived by five sons, Raymond (Margaret) of
Dartmouth, N.S., Camille (Litia) of Surrey, B.C., Lawrence (Monique)
of Fleurimont, Quebec, Albert (Dale) of Cranbrook, B.C., and Maurice
of Dartmouth; 24 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and one
great-great-grandson.
Resting at Fitzpatrick's Funeral Home, 100 Waterloo St., with visiting on Saturday and Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception on Monday afternoon at 12:05. Interment will take place in St. Joseph's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
