Armand J. Goguen
GOGUEN-the
death of Armand J. Goguen, husband of May D. (Lorette) Goguen,
occurred at Ridgewood Veterans' Wing on Thursday, March 18, 2010. Mr.
Goguen was born in Rogersville, a son of the late David and Zeilia
(Robichaud) Goguen, and had resided in Saint John for over sixty
years, where he had been employed as an insulator. He served with the
Royal Canadian Army in Korea and later in Germany. Besides his wife,
he is survived by three sons, Gary, Glen (Carol Cook), and Terry
(Patti), all of Saint John; one daughter, Gina Goguen of Saint John;
one brother, Roger of Saint John; one sister, June Poirier (John Paul)
of Norton; 9 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and several nieces
and nephews.
Resting at Fitzpatrick's Funeral Home, 100 Waterloo St., with visiting
on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Mass of Christian Burial will be
celebrated at Stella Maris Church on Saturday morning at eleven
o'clock. Following cremation, interment will take place in St.
Joseph's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donation to the Alzheimer
Society of New Brunswick; the Canadian Heart and Stroke
Foundation
