Dorothy E. Gaynes

GAYNES-the death of Dorothy E. Gaynes of East Scot
Settlement Rd., Belleisle, widow of Harold J. Gaynes, occurred at the
Sussex Health Centre on Sunday, July 11, 2010. Mrs. Gaynes was born in
Loughor, South Wales, U.K., a daughter of the late William and Olwyn
(Thomas) Mason.
Following their marriage in England during
the Second World War, she and Harold, along with Michael, moved to
Canada in 1945. She is survived by her son, Michael (Helen) of
Belleisle Creek; her daughter, Brenda Sullivan (Ronald) of Calgary;
two brothers, Harry Mason (Maureen) of Gorseinon, Wales, and Douglas
Mason (Glith) of Waunarlwydd, South Wales; two sisters, Beatrice
Morgan and Eunice Thomas, both of Gorseinon; two grandchildren; four
great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Resting at Fitzpatrick's Funeral
Home, 100 Waterloo St., where service will be held on Wednesday
morning at eleven o'clock. Interment will take place in St. Joseph's
Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to the Canadian Cancer Society
or the Alzheimer Society of NB would be appreciated.
