Leonard T. DeRoches
DeROCHES-the death of Leonard T. DeRoches occurred at Loch Lomond Villa on Saturday, July 24, 2010. Mr. DeRoches was born in Saint John, a son of the late Damas and Celia M. (Gaudet) DeRoches. He had been a plumber by trade until his retirement in 1989. He had also been a member of the Salvage Corp for many years. He was predeceased by his wife, the former Mary M. Frost, in 2002.
He is survived by a step-son, David Rolfe of Saint John;
three step-daughters, Alice Gardy of St. Paul, Alberta, Penny (Red)
McCaig of Toronto, and Valerie (Jim) Hall of Cambridge, Ont.; two
sisters, Ina Rackley of Etobicoke, Ont., and Celina Cook of Saint
John; and several nieces and nephews.
Resting
at Fitzpatrick's Funeral Home, 100 Waterloo St., with visiting on
Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Mass of Christian Burial will
be celebrated at St. Pius X Church on Tuesday morning at eleven
o'clock. Interment will take place in St. Joseph's Cemetery.
