Mary F. Lalonde
1920-2010
LALONDE-the death of Mary F. Lalonde, widow of Howard C. Lalonde, occurred at Loch Lomond Villa on Saturday, September 18, 2010. Mary was born in Saint John on January 26, 1920, a daughter of the late Frank M. and Mary T. (Deforest) Donnolly.
She was a graduate of St. Vincent's High School and a
lifelong member of the Catholic Women's League. She had been employed
as a secretary with H. S. Gregory & sons until moving to
Montreal following her marriage to Howard. She is survived by cousins,
Sister Barbara Forestell, S.C.I.C., Saint John; Francis Forestell of
Fredericton, and Elinor (Forestell) Sheehan of Saint John, and her
children, John, Marykate, and Nora.
Resting at
Fitzpatrick's Funeral Home, 100 Waterloo St. with visiting
on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Mass of Christian Burial will be
celebrated at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception on Tuesday
afternoon at 12:05. Interment will take place in St. Joseph's
Cemetery.
