Doris Y. Roy

ROY-Doris Y. Roy died peacefully with her family at her side on Thursday, November 18, 2010, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Doris was born in Saint John, a daughter of the late Joseph Levi and Edith(Doiron)Roy, and had been employed as an R.N.A. at Loch Lomond Villa for a number of years. She enjoyed walking at the Irving Nature Park and cycling, and was an avid Coca-Cola drinker. She was predeceased by a brother, Norman Roy; and a sister, Annette Cunningham. She is survived by one son, Christopher Connolly of Saint John; one daughter, Tracey Connolly of Saint John; one brother, Gerald (Bev) Roy of Nauwigewauk; three sisters, Eileen Pellerin of Nackawic, Theresa Roy of Saint John, and Edna (Ron) Roy of Hamilton, Ont.; 3 grandchildren, Deason Connolly, Heather Totten, and Karson Totten, all of Saint John; her companion, George Goguen of Saint John; and several nieces and nephews.Service will be held at Fitzpatrick's Chapel, 100 Waterloo St., on Monday morning at ten o'clock.
