Constance G. Rogers

ROGERS-the death of Constance G. Rogers, widow of John A. Rogers, occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Saturday, January 22, 2011. Mrs. Rogers was born in Saint John, a daughter of the late John and Kathleen (Shannon) Logan.
She had been employed at Red Rose Tea; T. S. Simms Ltd.; and with the provincial government.
She was predeceased by a daughter, Linda Sharkey, in 1981;
and a sister, Nora O'Dell. She is survived by two sons, John David
(Patricia) of Saint John, and Terry (Della) of Quispamsis;
one daughter, Deborah Rogers of Saint John; one brother, Greg (Joan)
Logan of Saint John; one sister, Mary (Ronald) Miller of the Kingston
Peninsula; eleven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; one
great-great-grandson; and several nieces and nephews.
Resting at Fitzpatrick's Funeral Home, 100 Waterloo
St., with visiting on Sunday from 7 to 9 and on Monday from 2 to 4 and
7 to 9.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the
Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception on Tuesday afternoon at 12:05.
Interment will take place in St. Joseph's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers
donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Canadian Heart
& Stoke Foundation, or the Saint John Reginal Hospital
Palliative Care Unit, or the charity of your choice would be
appreciated.
