Michael Gerald LeClair
1936-2011
LeCLAIR, Michael G.,-the death of Michael Gerald LeClair,
husband of Elsie M. (Babineau) LeClair, occurred unexpectedly at his
residence on Wednesday, September 21, 2011. Mike was born in Saint
John on October 8, 1936, a son of the late James and Mabel (Bennett)
LeClair. Mike had been employed with the Bank of Nova Scotia and
National Bank for a number of years. He was an avid harness-racing
fan.
Beside his wife, he is survived by one
son, Stephen of Toronto; two daughters, Nancy (Dave Robertson) LeClair
of Ottawa, and Ann-Marie
(Craig) LeClair-Johnstone of
Auckland, N.Z.; three sisters, Helen (Brad) McCluskey, Irene Pye, and
Betty (Thomas) Boyce, all of Saint John; four grandchildren, Sophie,
Fiona, Duncan, and Gavin LeClair-Robertson; and several nieces and
nephews.
Resting at Fitzpatrick's Funeral Home,
100 Waterloo St., with visiting on Sunday from 2 to 6. Mass of
Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Perpetual
Help Church, Rothesay, on Monday at noon hour.
Interment
will take place in St. Patrick's Cemetery. Golden Grove. In lieu of
flowers, donations to Our Lady of Perpetual Help Building Fund or the
Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
