Joseph Beverly Barrett

Barrett, Joseph B. – The death of Joseph Beverly Barrett of Saint John, husband of Sandra (MacEachern) Barrett, occurred on Thursday December 27, 2012 at Bobby’s Hospice. Born on August 25, 1937, he was a son of the late Richard and Agnes (Callaghan) Barrett.
Joseph was an engineer for the Royal Canadian Airforce until 1971. He was employed with the City of Saint John for many years until his retirement. Joseph was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #14.
Besides his wife, Sandra, he is survived by his children; Ricky (Maria Russell) of Saint John and Belinda Hall (Sean) of Saint John, grandchildren; Amy Baker, Michael, Gary and Kendra Hall, Evan, Jennifer and Julianna Barrett , and Angel McGee.
Joseph was predeceased by his brother, Richard James Barrett.
Resting at Fitzpatrick’s Funeral Home, 100 Waterloo Street, Saint John, (634-1965) with visiting on Sunday from 2pm to 6pm. The Funeral Service will be held on Monday December 31, 2012 from Fitzpatrick’s Funeral Home Chapel at 10:00 am followed by interment in St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
