Margaret Iona Comeau
1921-2014
<p>It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of
Margaret Iona (Doucette) Comeau of Quispamsis, NB, wife of the late
Charles J. Comeau, which occurred on Wednesday, January 8, 2014 at
Kings Way Care Centre. Born in Bathurst on February 12, 1921 she was a
daughter of the late Leonard and Bridgett (Watson) Doucette. Margaret
is survived by one son, Donald Comeau (Donna) of Quispamsis; Lynn
D’Entremont (James) Saint John; one sister, Gertrude
Nightingale of BC; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces
and nephews. Besides her husband and parents she was predeceased by
one daughter, Shirley Arsenault; one grandson, David Arsenault;
several brothers and sisters. Resting at Fitzpatrick’s
Funeral Home, 100 Waterloo Street, Saint John, NB (634-1965) with
visiting on Sunday, January 12, 2014 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. A Mass of
Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, January 13, 2014 from
Stella Maris Church at 12:05 pm. Interment will take place in St.
Joseph’s Cemetery. Remembrances to the Canadian Cancer
Society or a charity of the donor’s choice would be
